As a mom, and a holistic wellness professional, I am always researching and using natural remedies. Natural remedies typically minimize risk for adverse reactions when they are used. There's little to no risk in overdosing when used appropriately. There's no harm to the body, and the body recognizes what is being administered.
Traditionally Mothers were the care takers, and healers of the home. Information was passed down from generation to generation. They knew what to use, when to use it and how to administer it. Whether it was chicken soup when you were ill, or an onion and potato satchel across the midsection to break a fever - our Mothers, Grandmothers, care takers used methods that were tried and true. This was one of the greatest acts of love, to give of themselves in the service of their families.
This is my collaborative contribution to that. I want Mothers, and others to be empowered to take better care of themselves and others.
