Natural LivingWhat is it? Why should you be concerned about it? My definition of natural living involves sustainable practices that contribute to reducing the toxic load in our environment and surroundings, by making conscientious choices to use items that are equally or more effective than their toxic counterparts. This includes consumer purchases as well through companies that use sustainable business practices. Our children will inherit the Earth one day, and it's up to us to team them by being living examples of sustainable lifestyles - otherwise they will be left with a depleted place that is devoid of sustaining life so that it promotes not only survival, but the ability to Thrive.
We are all accountable for how we leave this place. As a Mom, Daughter, Sister, Health Coach, and Friend - I teach those around me to put good into their bodies and to surround themselves with good. How do you go about doing that? The Answer: By gradually making one positive choice at a time. Once you've gotten the hang of that one, then add another, then another and then another. It's a muscle it has to be developed. Personally, I started with improving my nutrition, then optimizing my health, after that I became aware of the outward contributors to what can make us sick or toxic, (ex, like household cleaning products) - I swapped those out for their plant derived natural based counterparts. I'm always evolving and growing and working to get as close to nature as possible. Nature was created in a way that does not fail itself nor us. Feel free to peruse my work, my discoveries, it is a passion and I want to share this knowledge with those that seek it. Yours in Health, Davon |
